Let me be honest with you.
I know what it's like when your brain refuses to cooperate with the world's expectations. I've lived the exhaustion of masking. The shame of forgetting something everyone else remembered effortlessly. The bizarre experience of being called both lazy and too intense in the same week.
I'm neurodivergent. I get it. Not theoretically. Actually.
For years, I watched brilliant people apologise for their brains. Then I realised I was doing the same thing. Apologising for needing things to be interesting to focus. For hyperfocusing until I forgot to eat. For seeing connections nobody else saw but missing the "obvious" thing right in front of me.
Here's what nobody tells you about ADHD in professional spaces: Your brain is wired for innovation, crisis response, creative problem-solving. The corporate world just hasn't figured out how to recognise that as the asset it actually is.
What ADHD coaching actually looks like
This isn't about fixing you. It's about finally building strategies that work WITH your brain instead of against it.
You stop fighting yourself. You develop systems that actually stick because they're designed for how your brain operates. You know your patterns, your triggers, your superpowers. You've stopped apologising for needing novelty and started leveraging your ability to hyperfocus.
Work doesn't feel like you're constantly underwater anymore. You trust yourself, even when your executive function decides to take an unscheduled holiday.
Whether you're diagnosed ADHD, AuDHD, or simply recognise yourself in these words, I work with you.

Access to Work funding welcome for those accessing workplace support. Financial barriers shouldn't prevent you getting support that could genuinely change your professional life.
Sessions are structured around your needs, not some coaching manual's idea of what should happen. Some days we strategise career moves. Some days we problem-solve workplace situations in real time. Some days we simply acknowledge your brain is being particularly ADHD and work with that reality instead of against it.
Because I know what that's like.
The days when your brain won't cooperate no matter how much you want it to. When you've read the same paragraph seven times and still can't process it. When starting the simplest task feels impossible even though you desperately want to do it.
And the days when everything clicks. When you're in hyperfocus and unstoppable. When you solve problems everyone else missed because your brain makes connections differently.
Both versions are valid. Both are real. Both are workable.
You don't need to perform a version of "together" that doesn't exist. You need strategies for the brain you actually have. Systems that work on good days and bad days. Someone who understands that ADHD isn't linear, predictable, or fixable - and that you don't need fixing anyway.
That's what this coaching actually is. Practical. Honest. Built for how your brain works.

Yes. If you're eligible for Access to Work, we can work within that framework. It shouldn't matter how you fund ADHD coaching, only that you get it.
What if I need ongoing support beyond a set number of sessions?
Your brain, your timeline. We'll create a coaching partnership that matches your reality, whether that's intensive short-term work or longer-term collaboration.
Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis?
No. If you recognise yourself in the ADHD experience, if you're exploring whether this explains lifelong struggles, if you're waiting for assessment, we can work together.
I didn't have words for my own neurodivergence for years. I just knew I was different, struggling with things others found easy, excelling at things others found impossible. You don't need official paperwork to deserve support.
What's the difference between ADHD coaching and therapy?
Therapy explores past wounds. Coaching focuses on present challenges and future strategies. If you're dealing with trauma, depression, or anxiety, start with therapy. If you need practical tools to navigate work with your ADHD brain, that's coaching. Sometimes you need both.
What age people do you coach?
I work with adults navigating professional environments. If you're building a career with an ADHD brain, we can work together.
Your brain sees the world differently. That's not your flaw. That's your untapped brilliance.
